Yes. This website works from anywhere in the world, including Saudi Arabia, and you do not need a VPN. Enter the 14-digit reference number (or 10-digit Consumer ID) from the bill and the full MEPCO bill loads — amount, due date, units and 12-month history. The lookup runs on our server through Pakistan, so it works even though the official MEPCO portal itself is hard to reach from outside Pakistan.

Exactly the same way — open this page from Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, Muscat or anywhere else, type the reference number and press Search. No app, no login and no country restriction. Many overseas Pakistani workers check the family bill here at the start of each month and then arrange payment before the due date.

You cannot pay it on this website — we only show the bill. To pay from abroad you have a few honest options: use the mobile banking app of your Pakistani bank if you still hold a Pakistani account; use JazzCash or Easypaisa if you keep a Pakistani mobile number; or send the amount to a family member in Pakistan (via your usual remittance channel) and have them pay it at a bank, ATM, Easypaisa or JazzCash agent. Always check the exact payable amount and due date here first.

Does this work from the USA, UK, Germany or Australia?

Yes. There is no geographic block on this site. Pakistanis in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, Australia and elsewhere use it to keep track of a parent's or relative's electricity bill in Multan, Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan and across the MEPCO region.

Why does the official MEPCO / PITC site not open from abroad?

MEPCO's billing servers (PITC) mostly respond only to connections from inside Pakistan, which is why the official page often fails or times out overseas. This site solves that by fetching the bill from within Pakistan on your behalf, then showing it to you wherever you are — so you get the official figures without the official site's country limitation.
