MEPCO Bill App — Official App, Alternatives & the No-Download Option
Which MEPCO bill apps exist, which one is official, and how to check your bill on your phone without installing anything.
Short answer
PITC publishes an official app called MEPCO SMART, and several third-party apps do the same job. But none of them can show you anything this page cannot — the bill data is identical, and a browser needs no download, no account and no permissions. Check your MEPCO bill here.

⚠️ Before you install any bill app
An app that only shows electricity bills has no reason to ask for your bank login, SMS access, contacts or a photo of your CNIC. Never enter banking credentials into a bill-checking app — pay through your own bank's app, JazzCash, Easypaisa, an ATM or a bank counter.

Yes. PITC — the IT company that runs MEPCO's billing systems — publishes MEPCO SMART on the Google Play Store, along with Power Smart and Roshan Pakistan. MEPCO SMART lets you view bills, check payment status and register complaints. Its Play Store rating is noticeably lower than several third-party bill apps, so many people prefer to simply check their bill in a browser instead.
No. Any bill an app can show you is the same bill published by PITC, and you can open it in your phone's browser with no download, no account and no permissions. Enter your 14-digit reference number on this page and the full bill appears — amount, due date, meter reading, units consumed and 12-month history.
Open this site in Chrome on Android, tap the three-dot menu and choose 'Add to Home screen'. On an iPhone, open it in Safari, tap the share button and choose 'Add to Home Screen'. You get a one-tap icon that behaves like an app, without installing anything or granting any permissions.
Most simply read the same public PITC bill data, and several are rated higher than the official app. Treat them with normal caution: an app that only shows bills has no reason to ask for your CNIC copy, bank login, SMS access or contacts. Never enter banking credentials into a bill-checking app — pay through your bank's own app, JazzCash, Easypaisa or a bank counter instead.
Bilkul nahi. Jo bill app dikhata hai, wahi bill browser mein bhi khulta hai — bina download, bina account. Upar apna 14 ank ka reference number daalein aur poora bill dekh lein. Chahein to browser ke menu se 'Add to Home screen' kar lein, phir ye app ki tarah ek tap par khul jayega.
