Bills are retrieved live from PITC's official billing system and displayed as received. We do not alter them. However, the official system can be unavailable, slow, or temporarily out of date, and a bill may be revised by MEPCO after it is issued. For any payment, dispute or legal purpose, the printed bill issued by MEPCO and the official portal are the authority, not this website.

Tariff rates, surcharges, peak-hour windows and procedures change by NEPRA notification and MEPCO circular. We update these pages as we learn of changes, but there can be a gap. Treat the figures here as guidance and confirm anything important with MEPCO or NEPRA.

This website never collects payments and never asks for banking credentials, card numbers, OTPs or CNIC copies. Pay only through your bank, an authorised bank counter, an ATM, JazzCash or Easypaisa. If any page or app claiming to be us asks for those details, it is not us.
