Privacy Policy

This site is a free tool for looking up Multan Electric Power Company electricity bills. We do not ask you to register, and we do not create an account for you. The reference number you type is used once, to fetch that bill, and is not stored in any database of ours.

• No names, addresses, phone numbers or CNIC numbers
• No passwords — this site has no login of any kind
• No payment or banking information — bills are never paid through this site
• No stored history of the reference numbers you look up

When you enter a reference number, our server passes it to the official billing system operated by PITC (Power Information Technology Company) at bill.pitc.com.pk, and shows you the bill that comes back. The bill itself is generated and owned by PITC/MEPCO. We do not modify it, and we do not keep a copy.

Because that government server accepts requests only from Pakistan, the request may be routed through an intermediate Pakistani server. Only the reference number needed for the lookup travels with it — nothing that identifies you personally.

We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they use. It sets cookies and records technical information such as approximate location (usually only the country or city), device type, browser and the pages you view. It does not tell us who you are.

You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings at any time; the bill lookup will keep working.

This site may display advertising, including ads served by Google AdSense and its partners. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites.

Some pages link to official resources such as mepco.com.pk, bill.pitc.com.pk and ccms.pitc.com.pk, and to app listings on the Google Play Store. Those websites have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.

This site is a utility tool intended for adults paying household or business electricity bills. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from them.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new "last updated" date.
