How to register a MEPCO complaint online

  2. 2 Open the CCMS portalGo to ccms.pitc.com.pk — the official Customer Complaint Management System operated by PITC for MEPCO and the other distribution companies.
  3. 3 Click "Register Your Complaint"Enter your connection details and describe the problem: no supply, breakdown, low or high voltage, meter fault, wrong reading or a billing dispute.
  4. 4 Save the complaint numberYou will be issued a complaint number. Note it down — tracking and escalation both depend on it.
  5. 5 Track itUse "Track Your Complaint" on the same portal to see the current status.

If your complaint is not resolved

PITC's published complaint-handling process says a complaint that was not resolved to your satisfaction can be escalated in writing to the Head of Quality & Assurance at qaccms@pitc.com.pk. Attach your complaint number, your reference number and any supporting documents such as the disputed bill.

If the matter still is not settled inside the company, the regulator — NEPRA — accepts consumer complaints against distribution companies. A written record of what you filed, when, and what response you received will make that case much stronger, which is why keeping the complaint number matters.
